Great to be running again
It was really good to get back to running again today. After two days of swimming and taking a few days off after the half marathon, I woke up this morning super excited to get to run. I ran six miles at a 9 minute pace. Thats a fairly solid pace for me for a midweek workout run. The great thing about it was that I actually held myself back a bit. The last two miles, I really wanted to let it go but decided to just relax and enjoy the run. IT WAS GREAT! It's a good thing too because tomorrow I am joining a friend for a mini triathlon workout. It should be a lot of fun. I'm excited.
